Job Description
The Director, Strategy and Development Effectiveness (DSDE) at the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) is a senior executive role responsible for providing strategic leadership to help the Bank achieve its strategic objectives and fulfill its role as a “changemaker and provoker” in the development space. Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, the DSDE is a member of the Bank’s senior management team.
